Pasta shrimp salad

This is a great way to have a shrimp salad without having to pay for much shrimp. The pasta carries the day!

1 box bowtie pasta cooked

1 or 2 red peppers julienned and then cut in half

Lots of garlic minced

Plenty of good black olives pitted and slivered lengthwise

As much shrimp as you can afford cooked and chopped into a size large enough to stab with your fork

Lots of parsley

Drizzle with good olive oil

This is just wonderful without anything else but if you wanted to dress it up just sprinkle some Old Bay on top. Be careful though not to put too much as it will be too salty with the olives and the Old Bay.
