CORN BREAD
Combine in mixing bowl:
¾ cup cornmeal
¾ cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup oat bran
1/3 cup of sugar
3 teaspoons of baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
Add:
1 cup soymilk, milk, water or plain soy yogurt (one container with a little water added)
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil
Mix:
Pour into greased 8 inch pan
Bake for 20 minutes at 400
Substitute 1 can of corn with juice for milk for corny corn bread.
