Peanut Butter Brownies

Peanut Butter Brownies

2 eggs

1 cup sugar

½ cup brown sugar

¼ cup smooth peanut butter

2 tablespoons butter

1 1/3 cups flour

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt 

1 teaspoon vanilla

Butter 8X8 pan preheat to 350

Cream butters with sugars add wet and then add dry.

Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until done.

Any butter can be substituted for the peanut butter; almond, cashew, etc. Chopped nuts can be added to the batter and sprinkled on top before baking.
