Walnut Bourbon Pie

Make oil crust for one pie.

3 eggs

¾ cup sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

1 cup light corn syrup

3 tablespoons bourbon

Lots of walnuts

Combine sugar salt and wet ingredients. Stir in as many walnuts as batter will hold

Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes. You can tell doneness by firmness of pie.(Some instructions call for 10 minutes at 425 and 35 at 350, try which ever you think best.)

Top with chocolate topping from tofu recipes.
